I’m Dr. Timothy Tiryaki, and I help leaders see the big picture, connect strategy with culture, and lead with purpose in times of transformation.

I help leaders bring clarity to complexity. My work decodes the intricate connections between strategy, culture, leadership, and human experience, helping leaders see the big picture and act with wisdom.

One of my key strengths is understanding the future, guiding leaders to see it through a more adaptive, holistic, and systemic lens so they can make better decisions for their organizations and the world.

Ultimately, I do what I do to leave a better future for my son and for the seven generations ahead.

About Dr. Timothy Tiryaki

Dr. Timothy Tiryaki is a globally recognized thought leader at the intersection of leadership, culture, and strategy. Trained as an industrial engineer, he began his career at Procter & Gamble and later joined Intel, gaining invaluable experience in high-performance environments. He then transitioned into consulting at Great Place to Work Inc., where he helped organizations build and sustain high-trust cultures.

As the cofounder of Strategy.inc and co-creator of the Big Five of Strategy, Timothy brings a human-centered, research-driven lens to strategy design and execution. His work helps organizations develop strategic thinking as a core competency, turning strategy from a one-time event into a culture of execution and alignment.

He has led transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies and has been a trusted advisor to elite organizations including Suncor, Darigold, the US Special Operations Command, and the US Army Program Executive Office. His work empowers leadership teams to clarify their North Star, confront complexity, and accelerate execution through strategic clarity and alignment.

Timothy holds a PhD in Leadership Education, with a research focus on North Star clarity. Having authored Leading with Culture and now Leading with Strategy, he brings together twenty five years of global experience to offer a comprehensive, human-first approach to leadership, strategy, and transformation in the 21st century.
