By participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation and hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Dr. Timothy Tiryaki, his affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation, including any personal, emotional, financial, or professional impacts.

This Program does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you are experiencing mental health challenges or emotional distress, please seek support from a licensed healthcare professional. Participation in the Program is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or care.

Your participation in this Program is entirely voluntary. You may choose to withdraw at any time. By continuing to participate, you confirm that you understand the nature of the Program and that you are participating of your own free will.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
